Voyage was running something awful in 2011, I thought. I consider more than just the recent visit when ranking, so I didn't drop it in my list, but I know a number of people who did. They're doing some major track work right now though, and still hoping to get Timberliner trains on it, so I would imagine it'll rank higher next time.
I don't completely negate prior rides, but my rankings are heavily skewed to reflect most recent rides, such that subsequent rides' expectations would be formed pretty closely to my current rankings.
All rankings are subject to change the next time I ride any wooden coaster...
Gotta love Phoenix hanging around so high after all these years. I love that ride.

I think Voyage dropped a few because it has gotten hard to re-ride. It's a brute as of last year. I think there are also many groups that travel to ... Europe, rest of the world, etc. and like to vote for their favorite ride over there. When that happens alot, sure the poll will get skewed.
^You bet Andy! Phoenix has always been a staple, very cool. Look at those operations, too - one train on the lift before the other train even enters the station.
I will always admit to having an anti-home park bias. The harder a ride is to get to and the more I invest to ride it, the more desperately I want it to be the "Best Ride Evar!" Not to mention the fact that it's hard to wear a ride like that out.
I can't say I blame anyone for subconciously (or consciously) giving a bump to coasters that are harder to ride.
