PaulD - CP announced 2002's Wicked Twister, their Intamin Impulse coaster, long ago. As for SFWoA and Carowinds you can kiss hypers goodbye, at least as far as 2002 is concerned. Dorney is getting a flat. We heard all the new-for-2002 coasters announced, people. No more Arrow 4Ds, no more hypers, no more gigas, no more flyers, no more woodies. 2002 is signed, sealed, and delivered. And don't look for 2003 to be any better.

2002 - the year of LoCoSuMo!!
It depends which flyer you're talking about. AIR opened yesterday, and there are plenty of pics from here. S:UF will definitely not open until April, and there will be no new pictures until the park is open (saturday).
PLEASE NOTICE THIS TOPIC IS FROM JUNE

Less than 2 months until SFGAm opens!
The crop of wood in "double naught" was SO good, I'm still enjoying the bountiful harvest! There was some great steel then too...this year has been drought-ridden for wood, but they've mined enough ore to build some good steel this year...
Dave, at least the '01 retrofits were a benefit to the rides...those Premier launch coasters were VASTLY improved, and adding a shed on GR I'm sure was NOT a major disappointment for riders...
feeling so country, I'm gonna go get myself a pop...
