But you know what....Floridians really do revere their endangered animals. I have seen traffic held up for several minutes waiting for those blasted sandhill cranes to cross the road :).

That's me, every single day. It seems like there are more this year than usual. We've also been known to stop and help a tortoise get over a curb in the street.

Think of it this way, spray did not smell as bad as if it was a skunk at your door... And I doubt the skunks will last too long with him / her there.

The scale isn't obvious, but that was a baby. Look at the bricks... it was about three bricks long, which is pretty small. An eagle could have taken it if it wanted to.
