It’s been a long time, but as of 10ish years ago, it was very close to six Flags “quality” outside of the dessert.
It hasn't changed much. Your best bets are Moe's, Chick-Fil-A, or the BBQ joint, though that one is particularly expensive. Chocolatier is decent if you want to spend an hour or two away from the park in A/C. You can and should make reservations in advance.

It's been a long time since my last visit, but I recommend Nathan's near the waterpark, if it's still there. It's pretty good, for a hot dog.
