I've met Woody at CP, Neil (Seven) at Kennywood, but missed the Chicago folk (Servo and Chitown) because of the last-minute nature of my trip.

I guess you guys didn't hear that the concert at RFK has been postponed due to one of the feature preformers seperating his shoulder. It has been all over WHFS this week. Well, at least since thursday. sorry

Yea...now the RATM concert is postponed to like october so I can go any time during august...I just gotta make a hotel reservation....when would be good for you hostyl??

I know everybody here is really friendly, but it is still the internet. Weren't any of you a little scared??? There is some pretty scary people out there.

Back to the original question:

I met Coasterpunk (Dan) at Hershey and Jeff at CP. Great to meet both of you. Dan, tell Shelly that Steve and I say Hi!

Maybe with all of the hub bub about meeting each other... a Coasterbuzz get together is in the future. We just need an off season plan so that our schedules can work out, then switch the park every year. Sound good??

There's nothing like a woodie...

I can identify a little with Craig's concern. I was wearing one of my Guide to The Point T-shirts, waiting in line for Magnum. A certain member from that site (I won't name him) actually walked all the way around the outside of the queue and waited at the end to tell me who he was. He had the grin of a psycho killer and a high pitched voice. Reminded me of the stalkers I had in my radio days. Yikes!

I could see Craigs concern. It's not like we're meeting and going to each others houses. We have one main intrest roller coasters. Were at parks with tons of security and lots of people. I think it's actually a safe meeting place.
Our neighbor actually throws parties at her house and only invites people from chat rooms she visits. Now that's scary!

Well if it makes you feel safer PKD has metal detectors installed at the front gate.
They even check all handbags and baby strollers before your allowed into the park.

SFA has them too but doesn't check you or bags if you set it off. I think most parks have them.

Jeff, do you plan on visiting Chicago (Gurnee) before the end of the season again? SFGAm stays open till the end of October. Then you can meet one of the Chicago folk.

Unless I go on business, I don't think I'll have time before now and then. Between now and the wedding, I have something booked almost every week. How cool is that?

Korn: this weekend is bad, but all the rest of august is fine (including weekdays, I can trick off from work =])...I'm supposed to take my cousins to Great Adventure, but since they havent given me a timeframe, it just might not happen
