We still don’t have a Middle Earth in a theme park, that seems to be the last white whale.

And it could duel with another dragon themed inverted coaster! How sweet would that be!?!?!
I was/also a Zelda denier. I played the original NES version, picked up Twilight Princess and tried to play it three times, but got bored in the first town (where you have to get a fish to get the cat out of the tree or something).
I played Breath of the Wild and thoroughly enjoyed it, but I certainly wouldn't say it was my favorite game ever. I have no desire to 100% it. There were too many places where I was just stuck and didn't know what to do and felt frustrated that I had to look it up on the internet. Heck, I beat the final boss <minor spoiler> without parrying by just running around and waiting for the (I think it was) lightning ability to recharge or something like that. I can't even remember at this point. There was also some shrine where I used bombs to launch an orb out of the water on top of a little room in the corner - apparently not the intended solution. Maybe I'm just not good at puzzle solving or just don't like it as much, but I was definitely done with Breath of the Wild when I finished it. I'll certainly pick up and probably enjoy Tears of the Kingdom, but don't expect it to change my life.
