Information On A Career

I am thinking of a career in designing and building roller coasters, and maybe even an amusement park someday. I was wondering what I need to do (education, experience, etc.) to get a job in this field. Can anyone supply an information or a place where I can get information on this?

If anyone has an answer for this, let me know. I also want a career in this business (amusement park management, not coaster design, though) and can't for the life of me figure out how to break into it.
