For V2, yes. If Raging Bull has three trains running, you don't have to use one of your four rides.

has the eagle been running both sides lately?

The last time I went, which was awhile ago, they only had the red side running. Maybe blue is running now. Someone pleast correct me if I am wrong.

When I was there a couple of weeks ago the red side was the only side open in the morning then later in the day they opened both sides and ran all 4 trains. If its a busy day they will probably be running both sides

Today AE had 2 trains running on each side. You probably won't need a FastLane ticket when you go unless Delay-Ja Vu is open, but I don't think it will be.

Hey! Thought I would answer your question. On monday, july 2nd, it was pretty crpwded. Fastpass is neccisary. The line for V2 was up to filled up the whole day. We rode the Bull 3 times, 40 minute wait the first time, early in the day, and towards closing time, it was a walk on. We also rode the Batman and Wolf twice, they where short lines the whole day. I reccomend fastpass, it'll save your time.
