Be on the lookout for anyone sporting the "Can I speak to a manager" haircut on these mornings

Better check to make sure that they don't turn up the trim brake.

Can and/or does SV run with 3-train operation? if not, could this be the change they are working towards?

Fever I really enjoy the Simpsons. It's just a shame that I am starting to LOOK like Homer.

It was designed to run three, but it has not yet run three during regular park operation.

The ride ops are already hustling but the requirement to get the seatbelt checked first, then the lap bar, then adjusting for awkward fits, keeps them from hitting their interval regularly with two trains. I suppose with a slower lift they may be able to get it done?

In my experience, which seems to be shared by others, the train was ready to roll in about 80 seconds. At which point we sat there until the other train reached the brakes before finally being dispatched.

In other words, I don't think there's any issue hitting interval.

That was the opposite of my experience but maybe it's trending that way. More capacity is welcome.

In related news, Twisted Timbers is still having issues. I was at the park for 3 days last week — the first day they ran two trains with three rows closed on each, and the last two days they had one train with two rows roped off. Several breakdowns each day as well.

That's been my experience on both visits as well.

Based on my past several rides on SV, we have been ready to dispatch before the train on the course passes above the brake run to start the final lap. It's a good 30 seconds of waiting for the train on the course to stop in the brake run. It would be really nice if they can program the trains to advance in the same way they can on the Intamin coasters at CP. The back end of the departing train and the front end of the arriving train SHOULD be able to be in the station at the same time without crashing.

I was in the park Sunday and both trains for TT ran beautifully, with the exception of really slow loading times. Anyone have any idea why they ask you not to pull your own harness down. The ride ops came by to push everyone's harsh down themselves. Creating the problem for riders saying it was excessively tight, just to have them reset the harness and have them push it down once again.

Just speculation, but the seat belts are almost impossible to check once the restraints are down.

After riding Twisted Timbers and seeing the crew there (and at all of the KD rides) I will never complain about a Cedar Point crew again...

Kings Dominion is unbelievably bad at ride ops. They have some really great coasters but it is so painful to watch the crews inaction and seemingly laziness.

I had a day at KD this season and there was nothing but outstanding service from the ride ops. Especially Twisted Timbers. Two trains ran all day and the crew really hustled.

Or your idea of hustling is different than mine.

This is what the ops were saying over the loud speaker when I was there.
