Six Flags Entertainment Corporation announced today that the first Skywarp will be landing at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo, CA for the 2018 season. The ride will be called Harley Quinn Crazy Coaster.

"World's First Dueling Looping Coaster that Isn't Really a Coaster Kinda Like the Larson Loops that Aren't Really Coasters, Either."
There.
I'm excited to see one of these in action. The rumor was that SFGA would get one of these.
All in all, a nice, exciting collection of big flats coming to the Flags next year. Plus three coasters. Not too shabby.
Poor LaRonde.... Poor Six Flags over St. Louis.... as usual....
It's interesting to see that a park that already has a Larson Loop received this. Granted they are two different experiences, but the ride propulsion system and concept are exceptionally similar. Of course, all looping flat rides have the same concept in a way, so I'll just be quiet now and be happy for SFDK adding a new ride!

Actually, I like that Six Flags St. Louis is getting something for the water park. The stuff Six Flags has been adding in recent years that haven't been coasters in both the real and marketing sense have actually been pretty great.
Most of the actual coasters and the rides marketed as coasters (even though they're just flats, in my opinion), however...
13 Boomerang, 9 SLC, and 8 B-TR clones
Is this more of a coaster than the super loops? Aren't the Super Loops mounted on one continuous train built into the tracks, and that train has full control over the movement, not gravity?
Unless the video is inaccurate, it looks like this Skywarp has is one train with the seating on each end, but is mounted on top of the tracks and driven by some kind of tire drive, etc, at the bottom. Allowing gravity to control the movement also. If so, it would be no different than a Premier Skyrocket II or a Mauer Skyloop.
