The FAA has given Disney theme parks in California and Florida permission to fly drones above their venues for nightly fireworks shows. In its October application, Disney said it planned to use a fleet of 50 drones that would fly from a pyrotechnic area to the castle, lighting up and carrying objects.

Does this exemption keep the "100 feet away from guest areas" restriction in place? Not sure how that would work if the aircraft are flying from a fireworks area to the castle. At Magic Kingdom that would have them passing right over (most likely) Fantasyland.
