Maybe Darien lake will actually get a new ride now

Hey, let's ride (random Intamin coaster). What? It's broken down? I totally didn't expect that.

I wouldn't hold your breath. It's another real estate investment firm. I really hoped an actual park operations company would buy Darien Lake.

But then again, what do I know?

Looking at their portfolio, they own at least 3 of the Schlitterbahn parks. I'm not sure why they would only own 3.

In addition to Darien Lake, they are also acquiring Frontier City and White Water Bay, Magic Springs, Wild Waves, Pacific Park, and several standalone water parks (Myrtle Waves, Rapids Water Park in Florida, Waterworld California, 4 Wet 'n' Wild locations, 2 Hawaiian Falls locations). All of them except Pacific Park and Hawaiian Falls will be leased to Premier Parks.
