Uh, Andy, you'd better read those posts again. I did NOT call CP a cookie-cutter park; in fact, I said it was (along with Kennywood and Knoebel's) the BEST amusement park I've been to. As far as you not liking Knoebel's, that's cool, although I think it's probably unfair to call a park with a universally regarded great classic woodie, the best bumper cars in the world, and best dark ride outside of Florida a "rinky-dink" park. And as far as the costs goes, if you think it's too much to pay for the wrsitband just to get a ride on the Phoenix (by the way, when I was there in June it was $20-, not $25-), then YOU DON'T HAVE TOO. Get in the park for free, and just pay the two bucks to ride the coaster. How many other parks offer you that option? (Well, we can scratch CP off that list. And Kennywood. Oh, and PKI. And Hersheypark, and SFO, and SFMM, and IOA, and Disney, and ...).
