Photos: Flintstones park for sale at $2 million, does not include Hanna Barbera license

At one point in the 1970s, there were at least six different theme parks inspired by The Flintstones in North America. One of the kitschiest is Bedrock City, in Williams, Arizona, which has a tram chugging through a man-made volcano and a slide that looks like a brontosaurus’ tail.

I remember reading a park in Canada called Calaway Park was themed to all hana barbara shows until it lost it's license.

That sounded a bit pricey, until I zoomed out and saw what was next door.

I'll never forget "The Happy Land of Hanna Barbera" at KD in the olde days...as a kid, it was very impressive.
