SeaWorld has released vague details about a 200-foot roller coaster, and says it will announce more in May.
Read more from WESH/Orlando.
Shark "themed" most likely, and very lightly themed at that. Safe bet that it will be a B&M. I was hoping for a giga, but I have a feeling Manby dusted off plans for a hyper from several years back and said "Let's do this" with how quick this is happening. It came up very quick from what I'm hearing. I'd love to see some pictures of the plant that does B&M track the next few weeks, as they surely have to be gearing up, if not starting production already.

Mack has a hyper opening in China this year (like Cannibal, it does invert).
Mack also has a working relationship with Sea World - from what I understand, the SWSD Manta was a really big hit. Or am I just hoping for more non-B&M products in FL? <;-P
You still have Zoidberg.... You ALL have Zoidberg! (V) (;,,;) (V)
It'd be a tie with SheiKra.

Since they mentioned frenzy, maybe piranha themed. I'm hoping for an intamin because they have worked with them recently (falcons fury), but they shouldn't use a cable lift since those have caused quite a few breakdowns. Maybe use trains like skyrush. I'm just hoping it isn't a dive coaster. Florida needs a hyper.
The thing with B&M's is that as far as capacity and reliability go, it's pretty hard to beat them and as such, they're great for the year-round Orlando market.
I would absolutely love an Intamin hyper, but I'd be surprised if it was anything other than a B&M.

You Intamin fans do know how late Falcon's Fury opened, right?

In no shape or form do I prefer Infamin to B&M but almost every coaster in Orlando is made by them. Plus Intamins are cheaper and money is something seaworld is lacking. Intamins typically have problems but are very popular to the general public, such as falcons fury and cheetah hunt. The thing that probably delayed ff is the fact that ot was a new concept that has never been done before.

Uh... which coasters are those? Space Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Barnstormer, Seven Dwarfs, Rock'n'Rollercoaster, Everest, Primeval Whirl, Dueling Dragons, Hulk, Hippogriff, Mummy, Woody Woodpecker, Rip Ride Rockit, Manta, Kraken, Shamu Express, White Lightning, Freedom Flyer, Rockstar...
In fact, which coaster isIntamin?

I think it was a grammatical mistake. He was implying that B&M made a lot of the Orlando coasters.

I mean the really notable ones. Hulk, Chinese Fireball, Hungarian Horntail, Manta, Kraken. Sure there's Rockit or White Lightning, etc, but the most common manufacturer is B&M. I know intamins aren't known for reliability, I just said I would like to see one. I didn't know mentioning Intamin makes me a bad person. I thought discussing possibilities is fun but you all should stop bashing me for every possibility i come up with. Now let's just hope for an airtime machine.
