It's just like when Carowinds ripped off the Intimidator name Kings Dominion, or was that the other way around. lol
One could argue that it is pretty uncreative for Six Flags Fiesta Texas to call their new coaster Batman: The Ride. Even though there are many SF rides of that name, with this ride as an exception, at least they are all clones of each other.

Odd that there are so many B:TRs out there but the only Superman:The Ride is no longer S:TR because Six Flags left Walibi Holland... I would think Six Flags could've used the Batman name with a subtitle a bit more, like they did with all the Superman rides. Also kinda funny that S:TR was originally to be called Riddler's Revenge (it was even painted green at the factory!) but it was determined that European folks wouldn't understand the reference.

But then again, what do I know?
Guys, maybe this is another one of Merlin's sequel coasters. Like Nemesis and Nemesis Inferno. Inferno is pretty positively received. Let's just what the general public says.
Like Goliath. God that name is so overused, but most of them are pretty good.

Well, if we're talking about silly names, I think "Big Apple" takes the biscuit.
What, you say?

Yeah. Really.
I develop Superior Solitaire when not riding coasters.
It's not the name that steers me away from that ride. It's the fact that it's a Togo that makes me avoid it. ;)
