SFMM land clearing

I noticed land clearing behind Roaring Rapids from the sky tower. Is this for the proposed Valencia water treatment facility, new coaster, or are they just clearing brush off the neighboring hill sides? If they are clearing the brush off the hills, why haven't they done it to the others. Also, if it is for a coaster, the land will require a lot of grading.
When I was there, I asked one of the Sky Tower ride-ops. She said it was going to be a new subdivision
Subdivision? What's that? I think it's for the Fire Works Maybe? i dunno where they shoot them off but hopefully I'll get to see some practice ones on Tuesday when I'm There!!!!!:):):):):) I can't wait. Anyone know how long the lines are there on Tuesdays?
I don't know. I went last Thursday and every ride was 15 to and hour wait, and they closed Goliath for 2 hours. Although a friend of mine went the other day and he said he practicly walked on every one.
ok just say to your mind SFMM WILL ALWAYS GET A RIDE EVERY YEAR... hehe

The land clearing is for the fireworks. Every year Six Flags Magic Mountain has to do land clearing in that area because they do not want to start a fire when lighting fireworks.

Why dont they just buy out b+m and get their coasters for much cheaper. They are a pretty big chain, I bet they could.

Then the other parks would be deprived of the beautiful floorless like BKF :)
