Is Fiesta Texas worth it?

My family is planning to go to Six Flags Fiesta Texas before our trip to Orlando. I want to know if a trip to San Antonio and Fiesta Texas is worth it.

Definitely. It is a very nice park with some great rides. The city of San Antonio is awesome as well. I loved that place.

It's a very nice park, but there's really only one superb ride there, SKC... Rattler is a pretty boring woodie now that they've tamed it and the rest of the roller coasters are mediocre, except for the Roadrunner Express mine train which really surprised me.

I liked the park, Superman is really top notch. I actually really liked Rattler too, well at least the first and last parts of it. The middle section is pretty lack-luster. Poltergeist needs the Outer Limits lap bars, BAD!!

All in all, it is a good park, and I think the attached waterpark is free with general admission. I didn't go there, however.

The way you wrote that post it makes it seem like you hadn't gone, even though you were offering your opinions on the rides!

But I know what you mean, it was the waterpark you didn't go to.

PS-In the SFoT Season Pass Coupon Book, they call it just Fiesta Texas instead of Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Are the passes still good there if it doesn't state SIX FLAGS abover the park name?

Fiesta Texas accepts Six Flags season passes, its still a Six Flags park although technically its called "Fiesta Texas: A Six Flags Theme Park." I think it used to be Six Flags Fiesta Texas a few years ago.
