Deja Vu - What's The Problem?

why haven't the Deja Vu's open yet?
There is something wrong with the size of the wheels on the trains and something else is wrong that I do not remember.

Déjà Vu: Thrill seekers plummet from 196-feet, fly head-over-heels at 65 mph over the outside of a vertical loop and a giant 110-foot high boomerang turn with nothing but the sky above their dangling feet. http://www.geocities.com/totallysfmm *** This post was edited by DejaVu SFMM 2001 on 6/27/2001. ***
Vekoma screwed up on the design?

Let the bears pay the Bear Tax, I pay the Homer Tax.
Vekoma screws up on a lot of stuff...

Mindbender...Can you hear the Riddler chuckling?

Ahhhhhh, LOL, that's funny.

First it was burned up motors.
Then a train crashed, which led to...
the elevator lift system.
And now it's the size of the wheels.

It gets better every day.

The problems are over, the last problems were wheel burnbouts.

So any idea when the Vu's will be taking on ridership? I know that you have mentioned things firm before, any details.

I have proof that what i said about what the mechanic is true. Look at the video for Deja Vu they are face off, the cars Vekoma intended for the GIBS. But six Flags Wanted V shaped or Staggered, so the the track had to be re made with quickness and thats why having all the probs.

The video for Deja Vu I thought looked like 2 across, all forward, 2 rows per car. I just looked at the video again, and I paused it as it goes through the boomerang. To me, it looks like a V shape. Intaminrocks, I think you're wrong. They probably were supposed to be V-shaped. Anyways, I thought coasters were made for what the park wants. So, with Vekoma, on the prototypes, why can't the park tell them what they want?

Sorry, but I have to bring you bad news. Deja Vu is supposed to open July 27.

[Unnecessary quote removed, as well as grammar and spelling corrected. Come on, now, rollercoaster kid. That's just blatant disregard for the English language. -L] *** This post was edited by Lynch on 6/28/2001. ***

Nah, Arrows are good... I especially like Carolina Cyclone at Carowinds. It is actually really smooth! And it has this fantastic tunneled helix. I love how the que also goes under the ride, and I love the corkscrews over the walkway. A underestimated Arrow Masterpiece!
