Bring it on! I was so relieved to see on both Facebook and SFGA website that this is the case. Had already paid a $200 change fee to US Airways and rescheduled for July 1, figuring that unless there was a work stoppage, the park would surely have it up and running by then. I hope that so many people ride it in the first week that the queue won't be as long by the time I get there, as I believe that only a Platinum Flash Pass - $110 - will be honoured for Goliath.

I'm glad you're not trying this for Flying Turns. Or X. "Don't book your trip based on the opening of a new coaster" includes mid-July and August and the following year. It's just asking for disappointment.

How much was the ticket in the first place? A round trip PHL to MCO on Southwest is around $300. No change fees, so the guest relations people can lie to you over and over without repercussions.
Hi
I really need to get to this park. I have friends in Chicago so I could do it on the cheap, but every time I go to Chicago I end up going to Neo, eating deep dish pizzas, seeing some industrial concert, drinking quality Old Style beer, catching a Cubs game, and then drinking anything but Old Style. One of these days...
