Two possibilities:
1) The minimum number of riders for it to show up in the Top 100 haven't added it to their track record and rated it (most likely*)
2) Enough riders have added it and rated it, but it isn't rated highly enough among those riders to crack the Top 100 (less likely)
*New Texas Giant entered the Top 100 just last month, and it opened 3 years ago. Iron Rattler opened last year, so it will probably be a little while before we see in the Top 100.
Also, I'm not sure what the minimum number of riders is. Jeff?
The minimum number of riders is 50% of the experienced riders (who also happen to be the only ones whose ratings count).
An experienced rider is defined as top 50% of the users of the site.
It does usually take a year or two or three for something not at CP (maybe Banshee will be faster also) to even be eligible.
