Total ride op CARELESSNESS!!

Well I just got back from Montreal, Canada, where I unexpectedly found an amusement park!;) It was La Ronde, a member of Six Flags (it's in the database).
Well the 6 coasters were basic and average, and that's the best thing about the park. First of all, every single coaster only had 1 train running and 2 ride ops! At least the lines were still not too long because it is a small park. To make it worse all of the ops were sooo sllooww at doing everything. It took them 10 sec to move from one seat to the next to check the harnesses. They would rather bit their nails and talk to each other across the train instead of getting the ride going (which actually happened).
My favorite ride there was Orbit an S&S spaceshot. It was out over the pond and had great airtime at the top.
But also on the ride I noticed the most unsafe ride op stupidity that I have ever seen. A man was sitting in the car with his OTSR way out waiting for the ride ops to check them. When he came to push it down onto him the man pushed his arms out against it and asked him to let it stay there (you no for airtime). The op said OK!!!!!!!
They lauched the car up with his OTSR as far out as the seatbelt connected to it would let it!!!! Probably a foot away!
Of course, as soon as it went he pulled it back on because he was so dang scared I bet.
This kind of carelessness can get people killed. Does anyone know how I can write Six Flags to tell them about this? Has anyone seen something this stupid before by a ride op before??
Maybe Canada just has low standards or something on rollercoasters.

The OTSR on an S&S would be way out in front of you if it went to the max the seatbelt would let it. The guy was around mid 20's and normal ht and wt. Like I said, it was around a foot away from him, he could have easily fallen out at the airtime part at the top. How is that safe?

The S&S seat has a sizeable horn in the front to which is attached a safety belt which connects to the bottom of the shoulder bar. The shoulder bar always extends over both shoulders. The seat is equipped with armrests. Although a sizeable gap may exist between the bottom of the shoulder bar and the armrest, the only way a rider could come out that way is if he ducks under the shoulder bar and pulls his leg out from behind the seat horn/safety strap. The shoulder bar and safety strap forms a continuous loop over the rider's body, and the design has the advantage of being more than adequate restraint even if the bar isn't snug.
Now...would you care to explain how this guy, without putting a lot of effort into it, could come out of that ride with the safety belt fastened??
Note the key is that the safety belt has to be fastened. Without it he could go out through the space between the seat and the bottom of the shoulder bar. But so long as that belt is fastened, he isn't going anywhere.

Dammit...why is everyone anti-Canada....it's funny yeah lol hahhahahahahha.......at least we don't have bush for president...thas funny! j/j Besides how hard is it to identify the worlds 2nd largest country on map? It's funny to go to places like Buffalo and ask people about Canada, you'll hear some of the funniest stuff! (No offense to people from Buffalo) No seriously, I have been to La Ronde, and all I can say is that with transit rage, road rage, and air rage, soon they'll be something similar..... themepark rage or something. And can we stop with the south park jokes (RESPECT MY AUTHORITA!!!!!!)
