130 Miles to Holiday World

I'm fixing to go on vacation in So. Illinois in a couple weeks, and i was wondering if Holiday World (130 miles from my vacation spot) is worth the trip? I know they've got the Raven, and the Legend, and some other steel coaster, but do they make it worth it?

Yes! I live in VA and we recently took a trip to Illinois, and taking a stop at HW along the way. This park is soo amazing. It is in the middle of no where. The park is so family oriented! They give unlimited free soft drinks and if you bring an unmarked Pepsi can you get 7$ off. All the rides ops are wonderful. I got to ride the Raven 50 times without getting out. Re-Rides are my main fav. of this park. Once the awsome water park opens, the coasters are empty! Totally AMAZING!

By all means, YES!! Last year I found myself 220 miles from HW and made the drive, I would do it again in a heartbeat. 130 is nothing!

130 miles? I used to drive that from school to home and back on weekdays just to pick up CD's or food or something. You have the chance to drive that for two high caliber woodies? Take it fool! (j/k on the fool part). Besides, in so. Ill, they dont really crack down on speeders (unless you are going thru a town). When you are on the Interstate, you can blow by the cops doing 10-14 over the limit and the troopers dont care (got 15 over though and you're a dead duck...higher fine too!)

Worth it?¿? Are you kidding? These are two of the BEST woodies on the planet. AwEsOmE. That's the only way to describe it. Free drinks AND parking. The coasters are DEAD when that water park is open.
