Based on that picture, it would appear that those sheep are just trying to retrieve their hats.

Good thing they got rid of their wolf infestation in that area a few years ago, those sheep would have been slaughtered.

Six Flags actually tested this out at SFStL years ago. One time, an uninformed security guard saw several park sheep grazing in a low zone under Batman, and yelled, "Get the flock outta there!"
