Today, the first thing I had to listen when I got to work was my green tag telling our group how important it is to listen to the rides we work. Why? Because yesterday (Friday) Sidewinder [boomerang] had a major problem and none of the employees called it in. One of the wheels had nothing covering it. It was metal against metal. The people at Tidal Force heard it! Eventually, maintenence came and replaced the wheel.
