Creative Coaster Name/Theme Ideas

How about Blue Angel, it could be an inverted coaster. Anybody who lives near Cleveland and goes to the air show at Burke Lakefront Airport know what I'm talking about.

If one of those parks features Duff Man as a mascot, that's the place to be! OOOOHH YEEEAAHH!

But I think SixFlags could do more with the DC universe than they are attempting right now. There is a big rogue gallery of Villain's that SF have not used yet. Example

LexCorp: Wouldn't this have been a nicer idea for Batman and Robin: The Chiller? The line would have been themed to his company, and the ride ops would be dressed as scientists. You are the ginuea pigs for his new contraption to immobilize Superman! MUUUUUAHAHAHAHAHA

They were here at the base in my town on June 2nd and 3rd.Great show and,i loved them flying over my house for 3 days straight :)

My wife challenged me (a history nut and civil war re-enactor) to make a Civl War themed park on RCT.

Some of the coaster names I came up with...

Rebel Lightning / Yankee Thunder (racing wood)
Northern Copperhead (wood twister)
Pickett's Charge (similar to Superman: The Escape)
Louisiana Tiger (Vertical drop like Oblivion)

One coaster I could not get to work out...
Iron Clads - Monitor, and Iron Clads - Merrimack (inverted dueling coaster similar to Dueling Dragons)

I think that the ride at SFMM the goliath is a clever name. I agree wth to hostyl when he says: i am getting sick of coasters with the name force. Its soooo lame. I also agree with more DC comics names for coasters. How bout a 2 face dueling ride???? B&M rule all. I love the raging bull, also a great name for a coaster!!!

I've always liked:
Rapid Fire (Sort of like Wildfire with an army theme)
Sasquatch (Wooden Twister)
Rage (Intamin Hyper/giga)
0-Gravity (0-G for short) (Impulse or V:TBC)
Quake (Wooden)
Quest (Anything medevil themed)
Osairus (Floorless)
That's just a few off the top of my head.

Busch Gardens does give you free beer. If you go on the factory tour and your over 21 than they give it to you.

The blue angels are the navys show planes. They go everywhere not just clevland.

On the top of Magnum's second hill I'am the one who screams, "I can see Canada!" And I also wonder if Duff Man could be a park mascot.

There is one park that had a creative theme for a Batman ride. The ride was called Batman: The Ride, and it was themed like Gotham City's public works building. It is still there, at SFGAm. It's only creative because it wasn't cloned. (Even though it wasn't the first Batman ride)

Although, one's I've come up with for RCT are:
Asteroid and Crater: A 102 MPH B&M Speed sort of dueling a B&M Dive Macine in a space theme.

Dark Angel: B&M sitdown looper. It has a theme of spooky and haunted stuff. No, I didn't get the name from the show, I built it before I heard about the show.

Red Devil: A racing B&M Invert with 2 inversions on each side. A full circut, not 2 coasters. It is themed to a desert theme with some haunted scenery too.

Some that are not on RCT I've thought up are:
Tainted Cheese: A wild mouse with 2 car trains, a mouse car and moldy cheese car. I got the idea when a friend of mine claimed that his cheetos were stale (and wern't, they were just generic.)

Leno Letterman: Dueling hypercoaster, except Leno really isn't hyper, it's 199 feet tall. Of course, Letterman wins every time!

Ive always thought that a great name for a coaster would be Griffon. It could be a flying or inverted coaster, and could be themed to greek mythology.

I think Busch Gardens Williamsburg has really great names. For example, Apollo's Chariot goes along perfecty with the ride. Alpengeist is good too, but avalanche would be better b/c after all that's what the ride is about!
