Full Throttle Length

Does anyone know the exact length of Full Throttle? Usually theme parks or RCDB will post the track length of their rides, but Ive not been able to find it anywhere. Am I missing something? I was just curious how long it was going to be. Anyone have a clue ?

It's not going to be very long at all. I would guess it would be about the same as Knott's Intamin Launch coaster, which according to RCDB, is 2202'.

I read the title of this thread and thought, "Wow, that's a rather personal question." Nudge, nudge, know what I mean?

Only as long as Xcelerator ?? I would say it has be longer than that. I was thinking the length of Maverick, but then again I have no specs whatsoever ?!?

It essentially an out and back with a loop on the outgoing portion of the ride, a small inversion for the turnaround, and a giant hill traveling over the loop on the incoming portion of the ride. It's going to be a pretty short ride, as far as track length goes. The video did a nice job hiding that, but if you watch it a few times, and look closely, you'll see.

Kind of disappointed that mid-Timbers hasn't found it's way into any of the 4 responses over 2 days. Original post was a fastball right down the middle.

The trick was to surrender to the flow.

But there is no tomfoolery that you speak of here at CoasterBuzz. We take our roller coaster discussions very seriously. ;)

If there were a need for us to take our roller coaster discussions seriously, we...

Nope, can't do it. This horse is officially dead.

Yeah, those jokes are tired and old now. We should retire them, and send them to Dorney.

What I don't get is why everyone still references these stale jokes when a) it is evident they kill the conversation and b) they just aren't funny.

A)Half the time, the conversation is already over for most people

B)They're still hilarious

a) I vote we turn "a) / b)" into a new C'Buzz meme.

b) It'll be hilarious.

I've been posting (a) and (2) for years, and nobody's noticed. :)

But internet memes are like nicknames. you can't just tell people, "Hey, call me Krause, because I want a nickname." Someone has to call you that and it has to be a big deal before it will stick. Or Maverick.

If CoasterBuzz wanted funny memes, we'd already have them.

I want to pay my way to the top of the meme-scheme. Can I do that?

When will it be realized that it's pretty much the same five or six people making the jokes and then "voting up" each others responses to them?

I might buy the hilarity myself if I could see evidence of a larger buy-in from others.

I'm pretty sure said buy-in does not exist.

Oh, I could easily make some good "throttle" and "timber" jokes. Gay men are notorious for our degenerate humor! But I figure since most people here may not be accustomed to the humor of a gay guy, Id spare them the experience! =)
