The Rocky Mountain Construction Group, from Hayden, Idaho, will build Silver Dollar City's new Outlaw Run wooden roller coaster. It will have a half-mile of track and an 81-degree drop, and be the second fastest wood coaster in the world.

This thing is like something you'd build in Roller Coaster Tycoon or No Limits! Steep Drop, Outer banked turn, Barrel Rolls... I cant wait to ride it.. if only it wasn't 22 hours away.
Do you live in Alaska? Ever hear of an Airport? :)
My local ABC station TV news just mentioned this coaster in their America in a Minute segment (or whatever it is called). They spent about 20 seconds talking about it, and never once mentioned that it has inversions. They mentioned how much lumber it took to build it, and how long it is going to be, and showed some footage of some of the completed track. I was waiting for them to tell something interesting about it, and then it was over.
I mean, this isn't the only new roller coaster being built for next year, is it? Stupid news. lol

To answer my own question, Screamscape has some info posted from early this year.
“We will be building cars we think will be revolutionary for the industry. They go on to state that the combination of their new track and cars will be able to allow a wooden coasters to perform inversions, a feat no one has tried since Son of Beast at Kings Island.
So really the inversions should come as no real surprise. The article being quoted is from a business journal in Spokane. There appear to be several articles out there from this journal, but they are all behind stupid pay walls.
In summary, RM is building their first wooden coaster, with 3 inversions, with custom trains that don't appear to have OSTRs.
