The Beach water park to close

The enquirer just posted an article about The Beach water park closing it's doors. They cited the bad economy and advised it has been operating at a loss for years. This seems to have come out of left field. I haven't been there in many years but remember enjoying going there as a kid. I guess that means even less competition for Kings Island's expanded water park and gives them even more incentive to make it an additional charge next year.

They already said it won't be an additional charge.

Yeah, no additional charge for now. My bet is that sometime after 2012 it will evolve into a separate admission.
