I just had a short amount of time here, but here are my observations.
I arrived at the park at 1:30pm and ran (from the WildLife side) over to the WildRides side.
I hit Batman Knight Flight first, and I really liked it. 3.5/5 stars.
From there, I high-tailed it to X-Flight. Closed. Bummer. I talked to the ride-op (Stephon) he was great, telling me that it was closed all day so far and didn't know when it would be open.
I went to S:UE, hoping to avenge it's "clone" at SFGAm that so rudely ;) rejected me three weeks earlier. I got right on within 10 minutes and I fit without having to be stapled! All I have to say about this ride is WOW! The launch is killer! 4.25/5 stars!
I went back to check on X-flight and decided to keep waiting. The problem as I found out from further prodding of the ride ops, was that some of the motors that recline the seats had burned out. They had to cannibalize the parts from the third train.
As time was getting short (I had to meet my wife at 5pm at the WildLife entrance-she had dropped me off and went to the outlet mall) they had started to test. During the tests, there was another problem causing then to restart the testing process. Finally, at 4:30, the opened the gates to the X-Flight queues. I was on the first ride in the back row. This ride immediately upon completion became my #1 ride! Amazing is not a strong enough word for this ride.
Final thoughts. Park was very clean, employees were friendly and courteous. My one main problem is the lack of "signage" on how to get to different areas of the park. IMHO, when a park has a multitude of paths (especially the wildlife side) there needs to be directional signs that make it clear which path goes where. I wish I had more time to explore all that WoA had to offer, but unfortunately, I only had just over 3 hours.
