Yeah. That's where I pee.
That explains a lot about the hugs I get there.
I just saw U2 in Pittsburgh and paid $5 for parking because we walked from downtown which I don't have the option of doing at an amusement park. Back to the point though, I have no problem paying $8-10 for an awesome omelet, but have a huge problem paying $5 for terrible fries at Cedar Point.
I also just saw U2 in Pittsburgh and paid $5 for parking. I would actually pay more to park there than in a stadium lot, as it clears out much more orderly and I get home faster. Then I wasted all my parking savings on 3 $7 beers (Harp), an $8 burger (philly-style), a $10 margarita (frozen), an $8 chicken sammitch (grilled), and a shirt (black).
Hi
I didn't see U2 in Pittsburgh, so I may or may not have paid $5 and walked.
But I would have paid the same $7 for beer, $10 for drinks and $8 for a sammich that everyone else was paying. :)
People visit me under my bridge for free hugs and I pee on them instead.
I don't think I'm in a rush to get to the front of that line... ;)

Ha! :)
I can agree with Jeff that to a point, if I want something I'm not too concerned about the price but there is a point where its just stupid-money.
For example - the $50 t-shirt. I passed that one up. On the other hand, he $10 beer (okay $9.50 but..) was a tallboy can of Becks. That's import brew, so that would be about $5 for a normal size 12 oz. bottle like you would get in a bar or restaurant, that's really not bad at all.

What's odd about Heinz Field is that the 16oz Harp and Guinness drafts were $7, but a 16oz Coors Light was $7.50.
Hi
$7.50 for a 16oz up of Colorado pisswater? Now that's highway robbery.
IMO at this point, U2 should start performing for free. Along with all these other acts. I find it funny that these entertainers are pulling in tens of millions of bucks a year, have a carbon footprint the size of the Sahara, but use their fame as a soapbox to call everyone else greedy, wasteful and not "socially and environmentally responsible."
Yes I'm old, so all of you can get the hell of my lawn.
I just saw Kiss recently - that makes me really old I guess.
Not unless you saw them in '76, like I did...
I'm 100% behind RGB. Bono really six anymore and I wouldn't pay to see him. Hypocrite.
Yeah, when the artist promotes their pet cause. When I entered the Paul McCartney concert, I was handed what I thought may have been a CD Single, or some music from the show. Upon closer inspection, its a DVD of him preaching about his Meatless Mondays and going vegetarian and all that.
It that's the lifestyle choice he made, good for him, as far as I'm concerned I just want to hear the music, thanks.
This being Cincinnati, I took the DVD and flyer, about living a vegetarian lifestyle, I was handed under careful consideration -- as I walked to the stadium concession stand for a bratwurst/kraut and a beer. :)
My, this thread has GONE way off from taling about the Cedar Fair Cornerstones.
