Similarity of Steel Phantom/Steel Force logos

Is there any particular reason that the name and logo for Steel Force is (or should I say, was) so similar to those of Steel Phantom? I mean, Kennywood builds a steel hypercoaster, names it Steel Phantom, and creates a logo featuring a mysterious cloaked figure behind the ride's name. A few years later, Dorney builds a steel hypercoaster, names it Steel Force, and creates a logo featuring…..a mysterious cloaked figure behind the ride's name. I find it hard to believe it's just a coincidence. Anyone know the story?

This is a weird topic you brought up. I have no idea, but I'll be riding Steel Force for sure in a few days.

Maybe it is just a coincidence, or maybe its a conspiracy!

Wasn't the Steel Force's logo actually what Mantis's logo was going to be before Cedar Point changed the name from Banshee to Mantis?

Yes, it was going to be he logo for Banshee, but they changed the name. I don't think the steel guy would go well with the Mantis coaster.
