Dennis Peterson, CEO for Big International Group of Entertainment, is adamant that he will bring his theme park project to fruition, despite not ever having built a theme park before or having any other projects in the ground to give as examples of his work.

There was one in Nashville, and I believe we all know what happened to it. Spring Hill is where the former Saturn plant is (and being utilized by GM as an engine assembly facility at this time). After givng GM the farm on that deal, and Gaylord abandonning Opryland, Tennessee is leary of anyone promising the moon at this time.

..and Tennesse wouldn't be the only ones leary as well. Its the same in other places and with other "projects" such as the reopening of Six Flags New Orleans, Indianapolis getting a subway, Denver getting a massive indoor amusement park..and my favorite..Donald Trump building this massive tower in Charles Town, WV outside the Hollywood Casino @ Charles Town. Tall enough where one can see BOTH Hersheypark and Kings Dominion into the distance. Even though Mr. Trump himself had said years back that anyone who believes that he will do this "thing" is pure crazy...it still doesn't stop some poor souls who believe otherwise.
