My vote goes to Expedition Everest, even though the Yeti effect has been disabled.
Cant believe we have gone this far in the thread without mentioning the original SFOT mine train, which is also one my favorites, other then that, my list is much the same (BTMRR, Adventure Express, Roadrunner Express @ SFFT, ThuNderTration)
