I personally enjoyed the Robin side of Chiller better (less headbanging IMHO than the Batman side) but it's not bad. The best part is being launched, but the unique design of both sides (it's different than the Mr. Freezes that were built at the same time if you didn't know) makes it worth trying out.
I'm truly happy Evolution is running again as I felt bad I lucked into two rides the first year before it was just not open until now. It's a truly awesome ride. Jumpin' Jack Flash (labelled Freefall by the manufacturer) is also a pretty neat ride if you don't mind lots of spinning. IT spins little pods aruond and picks up, drops them throughout the ride.
Skull Mountain is an okay mine ride in the (not very) dark that's notable for having a surprisingly steep first drop but not much else.
Viper (if it's running) is worth a single ride, but not more in a row. I had hte chance to ride it three times in a row the first year it opened and my shoulders were sore the rest of the weekend. Togo needs to redesign those restraints! The first drop is quite steep and the first inversion has the longest hangtime I've ever seen. The barrel roll is also pretty unique considering the train and track design.
Without knowing the other rides you've tried, the Freefall is a first generation and still gives a thrill.
LAstly, I'd recommend the Time Warp. It's a Sky FLyer style ride where the cars rotate in the opposite direction of the arms. If you don't understand that, think of a small looping pirate ship where you have 8(?) rows of people. 4 on each side facing outwards. When the arms start to turn clockwise, the car rotates counterclockwise, so the people in front are tilted towards the ground a little bit before they are turned upside down. The arm swings back and forth in wider arcs until it goes completely around. The car is designed to be completely upside down when the arm is at the top of the support.
Enjoy yourself there! Not much I'd steer you away from if you haven't ridden those rides!
