I enjoyed the original 2-hour "Life After People" special, but don't get the idea of a regular series.

The big picture basics of what happens around the world was interesting, but how many different little mundane things do I need to see how they'd decay after humans are gone?

"Ooooh, so that's how long an old newspaper would last on my kitchen table!" ;)

I agree. I bought a copy of that at the Exchange for like 2 bucks and really enjoyed it. The special features area had quite a bit of additional footage that was cool.

I couldn't imagine a whole series on it though as i think most of it was already covered in the first onc.

To write a haiku,
do not just make a sentence
of seventeen sounds.

Where the line breaks fall
and divide up the sentence
is the art of it.

Hobbes: "What's the point of attaching a number to everything you do?"
Calvin: "If your numbers go up, it means you're having more fun."

Haiku haiku, why?
What is the reason for it?
It doesn't make sense.

That was cool, huh, huh,
When we killed that frog huh, huh.
He wont croak again!

I watched that show and the Christmas store mentioned in it is only a half hour to 45 minute drive from my house. I never even dreamed that the coasters would all come crashing down in the long run. I mean if we arent here to do harm to them wouldnt they just stay standing forever?? Anyways I thought the show itself was cool and if any of u have Comcast with digital cable that series is on demand too.

I LOVED the show, but kind of got depressed of the Lesourdsville segment. I think that was the same show, where the Eagle collapsed. :(
