With People gone why would the Seagulls hang around Knott's Berry Farm once the food runs out there? (The Sea Gulls hang around Knott's for food from People, if they're gone, that food source is gone.) Yea I wonder what does using Sand inside the track would do with the metal. I wonder if they use a special sand for inside the B&M track pieces or not.I saw a few episodes of that series and find it really fascinating. It really makes you wonder what if.

Didn't see the show, but I would like to add that I am really starting to get tired of the "end of the world" scenarios that have been plaguing the entertainment industry the last few years. It's as if the human race is asking for it.

^^ I remember watching one of those shows a few years back. They did a top 10 list of the biggest threats to mankind. Among the items on the list was a pandemic of some disease, major famine, and overpopulation. I thought, well once we have that pandemic and famine, shouldn't that take care of the overpopulation problem? I guess that's why I don't produce TV documentaries.
I enjoyed the original 2-hour "Life After People" special, but don't get the idea of a regular series.
The big picture basics of what happens around the world was interesting, but how many different little mundane things do I need to see how they'd decay after humans are gone?
"Ooooh, so that's how long an old newspaper would last on my kitchen table!" ;)
