Woman Killed on Golioth

Did any one see that on TV ? I did .
When the train came back into the station she had passed out on the ride, She died at the hospital,
but they said it did something to her brain and thats what killed her. Does any one know what it was ?

Furthermore, she wasn't "killed" on Goliath. That implies that the ride did something to cause her death. It has not been proven if Goliath in fact caused the aneurysm in her brain, so therefore Goliath is innocent until proven guilty. Why don't we just say she died after riding Goliath...
