Pilgrims Plunge's elevator

Got dizzy and nearly keeled over several times, but I managed to take a video standing right next to one of the legs of the Pilgrims Plunge elevator yesterday.

I really liked those girls. Every other boat that came by, the riders were friendly and waving and talking to us. Not these girls. :)

That elevator really freaks me out.

Actually the elevator was not as freaky as I thought it would be. I would prefer if it did not spray down on the elevator, but overall it was a fun ride. If you see the man, tell him thanks for going the extra mile to get it working Saturday.

The side-to-side tilting wasn't nearly as noticeable as I thought it would be.

That 'CLANK' at the top is what freaked me out! Are they TRYING to get my shorts wet before I hit the splash pool?!

Yes...the free pop was just a ploy setting up this ride to make you pee your pants.

The lift really freaked out my friends, but didn't affect me much. The scariest part to me was how loud and rough it was on the way up...

The drop is fun, though.
