Pretty good article about Twitter and the tourism industry with a section about amusement parks. I really wish more cities and parks would seek out and engage their audience a little more, similar to what http://twitter.com/37signals does. If someone complains about one of their products they ask them how they can help. If I am looking for a good place in Pittsburgh to eat brunch @Pittsburgh should chime in and offer a suggestion.
