Out And About

Greetings Fellow Coaster Nuts,

Something that I read in another post has prompted to pose this inquiry - I was just curious to know how many of us out there identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgendered? I know it sounds like a bizarre question but as in many other aspects of life I tend to think we get over looked. When I was a member of ACE (WWWWWAAAAAYYYYY back in the day), I knew an enormous chunk of the members "played for my team". I was just wondering how many of us were out there ?? I mean after all, after a park closes we might wanna get together at the local bar and have a few drinks or something *LOL*

This thread is the perfect example of why Coasterbuzz would benefit from an 'Other' forum. Then I could tell all of you how Scientology can change your life (not really).

BTW, I'm not in the slightest opposed to the differently sexually oriented community. :)

I don't choose my drinking buddies on the grounds of sexual orientation. I go out drinking with friends of mine who are gay all the time, and we've never been drunk enough to do each other (even when dancing to Erasure.)

No opiisition. I may not agree with it, but I'm willing to be open to a different prospective on life.

I never cared about sexual orientation. If you are cool to hang out with then you ROCK in my book! :)

^I think the term "gay-friendly" applies to most non-gay enthusiasts. Then there are the *others*. I avoid them. Religiously. ;)

^I just avoid a-holes, er, the *others* in general. :) Gay/straight/bi/male/female......I don't care. All I care about is if the person is cool or not. :)

You can see by searching that this kind of discussion never ends well, and I have to boot off a bunch of morons. I really don't want to waste time like that again. I'd rather the bigots and stupid people stay in the shadows.
