To be honest, anyone who pays for beer in a park are wasting their money. They are usually VERY overpriced. I prefer to get a six-pack after a visit to any park, or keep a cooler full of ice, beer and soda in the trunk of my car. ;)
I don't have any problem with anyone drinking at parks as long as they are responsible about it and don't make asses out of themselves (which I have seen many times.) It's an income to the parks, and if people don't like it then maybe they should stop their bitching and go to a "dry" park if it offends them that much.
