Developer wants holiday-themed park in Arizona

Owners of the new Christmas theme park at Firebird International Raceway are in negotiations with a major developer to expand their operation to a full-blown, full-time amusement park. Santa's LLC would be the newest name added to the list of companies trying to build a year-round theme park in Arizona.

Phoenix is not that close to the Grand Canyon. If they build a coaster going off the side of the cliff at the Grand Canyon, it'll be a huge hit. Building a park in Phoenix, maybe not. Besides are they talking about this being indoor or outdoor? If they can build waterparks and ski parks in Japan and Dubai, I vote they build a huge indoor domed park.

I will be soon living in Phoenix, and Castles n' Coasters is just not enough to satisfy my roller coaster needs. It'd sure be nice to see a park built.
