Question about B&Ms

Now, this is a probably a crazy idea, but could a park take its B&M Stand-Up or Sit-Down, by new floorless trains, install them on the old stand-up/sit-down and get a floorless? Could the track take that, or would it be a total waste and probably ruin the coaster?

I've asked the part about stand-up to floorless once. I was informed of the fact that the center of gravity would change for the rider, really screwing up the g-forces, maybe to amounts that cannot be withstood.
The sit-down to floorless may be possible. I don't know for sure. The only problem I can think of is no zero-car (although some inverts have the zero-car have seats, is that the same with all floorless?), and the station would need to be refited with the retractable floor.

Actually, Wildfire has modified sit-down trains so that is almost a floorless coaster! Check out these pics,

I dissagree, I was looking at pics of other sit-downs (Dragon Khan, The Hulk, Kumba) and the trains are the same as those on wildfire.

I think that Wildfire seats are a little bit taller

B&M- The way coasters should be!

No,it's not possible because of:G's,and floorless trains use another station type.Wildfire trains are different trains.the seats are elevated.

Wildfire almost reminds me of how you sit on Raging Bull, with your feet off the floor...looks awesome!

I was also told that floorless trains are much lighter than stand-ups and sitdowns, dont know why but thats just what i heard and if its true, then no you couldnt. You couldnt just change the trains, you would have to change the station (as already said by vekoma fan) and you would have to change the elements on the coaster, make them bigger or smaller.

Well that's obvious, they don't have floors so less material is used.

Try looking again. Those new wildfire trains have much more in common with floorless trains than Kumba/Hulk trains. It's essentially the floorless train with a floor platform extending from the undercarriage and a zero car added.

On those Wildfire trains, just remove the zero car, saw off the thin platform to stand on, and you got yourself a floorless train!

Yeah, I see now that they are different, the fact that they look like modified floorless trains is because B&M havent produced many Sit-downs recently. To me though, it looks like they have just cut down on materials to save costs. Looking at the above photo of Kumba, and then wildfire, it can be seen that the train is more or less the same, but Kumba has more bulk to it.

The trains used on Wildfire are B&M's low-profile trains. They have a floor with elevated seats to enhance the experience of the ride. The trains on Apollo's Chariot have only a small lap bar and the rest is pretty much wide open. While these trains are similar to the floorless ones, they are very different.
