The long and politically painful effort to deliver municipal water service to Michigan's Adventure Amusement Park has finally succeeded. Officials from the park signed a letter of agreement last week, giving the county the go-ahead to extend a water line north along Whitehall Road to the site of the amusement park at Whitehall and Riley-Thompson roads.

She declined to say what park improvements may result from the availability of water, but added that an announcement about improvements will be released by the end of this month. Those in the Muskegon tourism industry are anticipating the announcement of one of the largest investments ever in the history of the amusement park.
Interesting, but still doesn't tell us much. Anyway, hopefully this will break the capital improvement logjam. :)
I just hope this is the last issue the park has with the local governments.
