Something is *Screaming* to me about this being a copy of the ride in Scandia...
Of course, after RIDING Scandia's Miler....I'd prefer one of the 50-60' lift hills of the Hi-Milers, like Celebration City has (and ONE of those Jersey shore parks)...THAT was fun.
Bill, it was pretty rough when you rode it. The first time I was there it was much better.
I must say though, that the traveling High Miler is awsome. Anything like that would be great.
Scandia's Screamer has good and bad days, but I never find it horrible. The entire family seems to enjoy it, so mission acomplished. Hopefully Fun Plex will have good luck with theirs. :)
My *expectations* of Screamer WERE pretty high, everyone I trust who had ridden it had given it high marks. Layout-wise, it obviously had potential. Unfortunately, running one train with one car roped off, long lines, and what *seemed like* substandard maintenance on the train made the ride....tolerable. Not that *tolerable* was what I was hoping for... ;)
But doesn't the "Caution- Low-Flying Aircraft" sign make up for it all, Gator?
