I wouldn't reccomend calling a park and asking to attend, or anything like that, that would be pretty rude.
I've been to 2, one I was sent a letter being invited to attend, another I was called. Believe me, there were many others I would liked to have attended, but unless you recieve a call or a letter, etc. don't count on going.
