SFGAdv Question

Haven't been to GA since 5/18 and the new season pass holder's parking area and entrance weren't ready yet. I hear that it's up and running now. My question is: since THAT entrance has you further from Nitro than the main entrance,(and seconds count when they drop that rope in the a.m.), can SPH's still use the main parking lot AND main entrance IF THEY WANT TO? - I'm not yelling, just putting proper inflection in sentence ;) Thanks!

The park still has the season pass gates at the main gate and regular parking is at your option. Prefered parking takes the full a and b sections of the parking lot.

I have a SFWOA pass, can i use the season pass holder lot and entrance?

If there is less people at the season pass gate then the main gate, could you be able to go faster from the season pass one to make up for the time lost.

Good question coasterboy. I don't know about that, but re: the pass gate vs the main gate...I don't know how they work it yet, but if I'm stuck behind the yellow rope prior to opening, I'd rather have it be closer to Nitro than way over in the kiddie section, which is where the SPH's gate is, so I've heard.

The Season Pass Gate is in fact between Rolling Thunder and the Scream Machine. It bring you into Bugs Bunny Land right by the restrooms in the Southwest section of the park. It is a walk to Nitro from there but in reality puts you about in the center of the park.
We didn't ask last weekend if season passes from other parks are good at the season pass gate but then again at the other SF parks we go to we always use the season pass entrance. You could ask the parking attendant at the toll booth they should know.
BTW parking is up to $10.00 for general admission parking and I belive $15 for preferred parking.
