Besides, who knows what the photographers said to tick him off. They were probably giving him sh*t about the previous allegation and then he finally snapped.

If you actually read the article, you'll see that the push was not agressive, but more playful in nature. Hey, wuddayaknow, Goofy was... goofing around! According to the article, these kind of antics are common, especially near the park gates to entertain visitors entering the park.

I think it's time for that man to consider a different career.

What's he gotta do? Personally give you guys wedgies? ;)

Um... Normal media.... They didn't present all sides of the story, Chartrands. They didn't present the side of the story of the two Kodak photographers. Chartrands attorney says it playful, Disney says it wasn't, what do the two workers say? I guess we find out if this ever reaches trial. I also hope Disney would know better than targeting someone like this.

I also believe this guy might be getting pidgeoned. Is Disney making an example out of him to deter other costumed characters? Surely this guy isn't the only one getting complaints.

Giving him crap about a previous allegation... Right. Because people can tell who's inside a costume. Sorry if I sound a bit sarcastic, but of all the character costumes I've seen, none of them really can be seen into that well. Let alone well enough to recognize a face.

You need to read more accounts of the story.

They didn't have to peer into his mask. When you work at the park too, you can go backstage and see who shoved you.

I'm sorry. I didn't read the article. I merely skimmed the comments and noticed that. I was under the impression that it was a guest that was shoved. I could be wrong again though, since I didn't read the story yet. ;) I have started every sentence with "I," so... I digress. :)

Damn! The same employee! Man, if this is the truth and this person did in fact push a park visitor....I'd like to know how far can an employee go before they get fired? What's up with that?

He did not I repeat --DID NOT-- push a visitor...the people he allegedly pushed were (for lack of a better term) park employees (they actually worked for Kodak under contract from Disney).

Maybe they should have him dress up as the Witch from Cinderella and position him by the Carmel Apple stand...
He's not an Ex-6 flags employee, is he...
