A Walt Disney World employee acquitted of touching the breast of a 13-year-old girl while portraying Tigger was given his job back Friday. Michael Chartrand, 36, had been on unpaid administrative leave since his arrest in April. A jury deliberated less than an hour Wednesday before finding him not guilty of lewd and lascivious molestation.

I wonder if this will cause people to stay away from the tigger character. I know he was found innocent, but the suspicion mut still be there for many.

I'm sure Tigger will be very careful where he places his hands from now on. ;)

Photos 1,2 and 7 of the slide show are very interesting.
Why can't he put his hands on both people's shoulders? And why does photo 1 seem to denote a 'hand placement' struggle?

Of course, any criminal trial can only be prosecuted beyond any reasonable doubt. So if the attorney can present one...there you go.

I didn't even know Steve Buscemi worked at Disney in the first place.

P.S. My favorite part of that picture? The caption:

Chartrand denied he molested the girl or any theme park guest Wednesday.

So... you're saying he only molests them, what, Thursdays, Sundays, and on Mondays 'til 5?
